ICB supports our installed customer base with on-location service and repair.

One year of free on-site repair support comes with any installation we perform. We are happy to provide field service for AV systems not installed by us at our regular field service rates.

ICB also offers a variety of on-site maintenance contracts to keep your equipment up and running with regular preventative maintenenace.

If your system is run by an AMX or Crestron control system, then our engineering department offers programming services ranging from single feature upgrades, to full system redesigns and on-call support.
