ICB's standard practice is to provide one complete training session for all users after completion of an installation.  We will also, if requested, attend your first function to ensure that the system operates as intended.

Our technician will demonstrate how to operate your system and answer questions about the equipment and its functions. Group training classes provide detailed instruction on the equipment and system operation. Questions regarding operation and maintenance will be answered and individual training can be performed, if requested. Training classes can also be videotaped for future use.
